Part Time 28 Hours Per Week

Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis for our client, a large manufacturing organisation based in the Livingston.

Responsible include:

  • Input purchase invoices and credit notes received
  • Match invoices to Goods Received Notes
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve invoicing queries i.e. purchasing, stores, and budget holders
  • Deal with suppliers for any enquiries regarding invoices and payments
  • Ensure adequate budget remains prior to PO approval
  • Monitor adhesion to payment terms
  • File invoices following payment

Background and experience required:

  • Previous accounts payable/purchase ledger experience
  • Strong communication skills, confident speaking to internal departments and suppliers
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Confident IT skills which should include MS Excel and ERP systems
