Temporary 3 Week Contract Starting 21st January

My client based in the Bo'ness area has a requirement for an experienced Receptionist to join them for 3 weeks to cover sickness leave.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.

Duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors

  • Answering incoming calls

  • Dealing in incoming and outgoing mail

To be considered for this position, candidates should have the following background and experience:

  • Previous experience of working as a receptionist

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good personal presentation

  • Available to start on 21st January and work for 3 weeks
