My client is a multi-national manufacturing organisation based in the Edinburgh area. They are looking for an Internal Recruiter to support them with a specific high volume recruitment campaign, commencing in January 2020.


You will have either in-house or agency recruitment experience, delivering on high volume recruitment ideally within the retail, customer service or hospitality sectors.


Responsibilities will include:



  • Obtain internal vacancy sign off

  • Engage with hiring managers to full understand vacancy and requirements

  • Attract candidates using a number of methods including advertising, CV databases, social media and LinkedIn

  • Manage vacancy response including regretting candidates and identifying shortlist of suitable candidates

  • Conduct pre-screening telephone calls

  • Coordinate and schedule face to face interviews in multiple diaries

  • Support and partner with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process

  • Delivery feedback following face to face interviews including offer management

  • Work with HR team to conduct pre-employment checks

  • Update HR database accordingly



To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:



  • Previous in-house or agency recruitment experience, ideally within the retail, customer service or hospitality sectors

  • Able to build strong relationships with internal Stakeholders

  • Experience of sourcing talent via a number of methods which would include advertising, CV databases, social media and LinkedIn

  • Able to meet deadlines and prioritise effectively
