My client is a successful Engineering company based in Dunfermline, due to continued growth they are looking to hire an Administrator to provide additional support to the Office Manager.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining team email inbox and responding to queries
  • Creating purchase orders
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Data entry
  • Updating ERP system and Excel spreadsheets
  • Creating reports
  • Providing general admin support
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Dealing with incoming calls
  • Booking meeting rooms and arranging facilities
  • Ordering catering
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and couriers

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:

  • Previous experience of working in a administration role although full training will be provided
  • Comfortable working in a varied and busy role
  • Confident IT skills including MS Office particularly Word, Excel, experience of using CRM or ERP systems would be an advantage
  • Proactive and self motivated
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and accuracy skills
