Temporary Contract

My client is a successful manufacturing organisation based in the Stirling area, they have an immediate requirement for an experienced EA/PA to join them on a temporary basis to cover a period of sickness.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage scheduling, travel, expenses and day to day needs.
  • Help screen and prioritise inbound emails, phone calls, correspondence; initiating responses where appropriate and demonstrating a high level of discretion and confidentiality while ensuring responses to deadline are met.
  • Preparation of reports, documents, Power Point presentations etc.
  • Track actions from meetings, follow up and drive to completion.
  • Co-ordination, collation and circulation of weekly, monthly, quarterly reports and board reports.
  • Help solve and manage issues that come up.
  • Follow up with various team members and/or other departments on projects.
  • Collate and analyse information, ensuring that such information is relevant, accurate and provided to set deadlines, liaising with others as appropriate.
  • Prepare summary sheets for executive review as and when required.
  • Ad-hoc personal support to Managing Director.

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:

  • Previous experience of working as a EA/PA, supporting Senior Stakeholders.
  • Strong IT skills including MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent planning and prioritising skills, able to multi-task.
