Our client, is seeking a Property Manager to join their team in Glasgow. It’s a fast pace busy environment and the hours of work are Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm.
You will be an experienced Property Manager with residential experience. You will report directly to the Associate Director.
You will have the ability to provide excellent customer service whilst providing solutions in a timely manner.
Who are we looking for?
- Are you working for a Property factoring company currently?
- Can you manage your own portfolio of customers?
- Do you have a full UK driving licence?
- Are you happy being based in the office on a full-time basis?
What will you be doing?
The role is based within the office on a full-time basis however, you will be required to meet clients to discuss and resolve property issues.
- Responsible for instructing and monitoring both reactive and proactive repairs
- Manage and co-ordinate customer insurance claims process
- Conduct regular property visits
- Responsible for instructing and monitoring both reactive and proactive repairs
- Building and maintaining relationships with both customers and contractors
- Responsible for creating and distributing regular customer communications
- Conduct regular owners’ meetings, in both individual and group settings
- Plan, attend and manage evening AGM’s for portfolio sites
- Ensure customer records are kept accurately and up to date
