Vision and Values Award - June 2015
We are delighted to announce that the winner of our Vision and Values reward for this quarter is our colleague Heather Thomson. Heather has been an Administrator with Escape since 2014 working in our Head Office in Livingston supporting our recruitment divisions as well as delivering key administrative support to our busy in-house Finance team. With nominations for all our vision and values categories, Heather’s contribution to our business was recognised at our recent monthly communications meeting. Specific nominations included: showing patience and consideration, taking on new areas of responsibility, being determined to resolve issues for her colleagues quickly and taking time to support others learning new processes. To recognise the hard work and achievements made by our in-house Back Office and Finance support team, Director, Mark Mackill, reviews all nominations made by everyone across our business each quarter before choosing the individual who has most demonstrated our vision and values to receive the award.
With multiple nominations once again made for every member of his team, Mark had a difficult choice to make this quarter. On presenting the reward to Heather, Mark said: “I’m delighted to recognise the hard work and effort made by Heather. She provides support to every team within our business, delivers great customer service to our external customers and works hard to build good relationships with our suppliers. She is always happy to help and the quality of support she gives everyone is clearly recognised by the fact she receives nominations from her colleagues every month.”.
