This year we are delighted to announce two winners of our Director’s Awards: Lauren Daly and Anne Marie Keisler.
Maintenance Planner. Escape are delighted to be working with our client based in Stirling who are a recognised and leading brand of engineered based products supplying to an established client base world wide. Reporting to the Senior Planner, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who has is looking for a role within a busy manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for developing plans and working schedules for the approval of Area Manufacturing and maintenance to deliver engineering plans to agreed levels of schedule compliance in a safe and efficient manner.
Applying a proactive approach, they will organise and resource the work to issue job work packs which ensure appropriate safety procedures are applied and that the tasks are delivered efficiently.
Monitors and reports on maintenance performance using Avantis CMMS system, recommending opportunities for improving the effectiveness and efficient delivery of maintenance.
Candidates will ideally be:
- A time served engineer or degree qualified in a relevant discipline
- Experienced in all aspects of man-management In-depth knowledge of appropriate planning and scheduling software and have substantial knowledge of how to optimise maintenance resources, monitor and report in line with Asset Management principles and the safe execution of work
- Understanding of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
- Experience working in a similar role within a manufacturing / engineering environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
This position will be day shift based Monday to Friday and a generous benefits package is on offer
