Escape Recruitment and looking to recruit Production Operatives for our client based in Larkhall.
If you don't come from a production or factory background we would be still keen to hear from you, as full training will be provided.
£9.30 per hour. Weekly pay. Overtime available.
The ideal candidate will essentially have:
- Worked in an environment where you have had to work to and understand the importance of quality and working to targets
- Will have a high level of numeracy skills, good attention to detail and strive to achieve consistency throughout the shift
- Operating machinery
- Assembly of components
- Following procedures
- General housekeeping
- Packing and labelling
The key skills for the role are:
- Ability to Work to targets
- Knowledge of working to strict SOP's
- High level of visual inspection
- Good Team Player
- Due to location and the shift start times the ideal candidate must have own transport or live within walking distance.
This role involves working shifts. Shifts times are:
Monday to Friday
- Dayshift: 6am - 2pm
- Backshift: 2pm - 10pm
- Nightshift: 10pm - 6am
- Regular overtime if you want it - at great rates
- Free on site car parking
- Free Uniform
- Good career progression.
