(EXPIRED) Customer Service/Admin Assistant

£10.16 - £18500 per annum

My client, based in the Midlothian area has an immediate requirement to grow their team with additional Customer Service/Admin Assistants.


Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.


Responsibilities will include:



  • Deal with Customer orders via email, telephone and ERP system

  • Process orders by strict timescales

  • Deal with any order queries

  • Liaise with internal and external Customers

  • Produce reports as required


To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:



  • Previous administration/data entry/customer service experience

  • Graduates &/or school leavers can be considered as full training will be provided

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy skills

  • Confident IT skills including MS Office packages
