Our client, a successful company based in Fife, is currently looking to recruit an experienced individual to join their team as an Administration Assistant.


Responsibilities will include:



  • Manage all aspects of the day to day administration of the business

  • Deputise for the office manager when not available

  • Be the first point of contact for the business by telephone and in person

  • Process all invoices, deliveries, usage and shipments on the business financial system SAP

  • Support Maintenance ensuring Master Data is maintained on SAP

  • Deputise for the office manager with regards to HMRC needs

  • Support the administration function of the business

  • Assist will all corporate events

  • Ensure all activities meet any environmental standards

  • Assist with the administration to meet all regulatory standards

  • Carry out any other duties as reasonably required


To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following skills and background:



  • Previous experience in a similar role i.e. Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Supply Chain Administrator

  • Advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint

  • Strong analytical skills including data analysis in Excel and creating reports

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise own workload

  • Effective communication skills both oral and written

  • Customer focused with the ability to adapt operating style to deliver high class customer service

  • Problem solving skills with the ability to handle customer service complaints effectively
