Equipment Maintenance & Asset Care

No matter the end product, Scotland’s manufacturers have at least one common priority; to ensure the equipment and machinery they rely on is both operational and efficient. From conveyers, labellers and packaging machines to ovens, refrigeration units, chillers and kilns, not forgetting fillers and cappers, it’s crucial to have the right individuals in place to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and to identify ways to improve future performance.

And that’s exactly where our Equipment Maintenance and Asset Care recruiters come in, recruiting skilled Electrical / Electronic, Mechanical and Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers as well as specialist maintenance and asset care supervisors, team leaders and managers.

So if you are looking for the next step in your career, or you are looking to hire for your team, get in touch with our team.

What Our Customers Say

We have found the team at Escape Recruitment to be highly knowledgeable about our industry and the candidates they introduce to our business are of a high quality...we would be happy to recommend their services to other organisations.
From my first conversation with Nick, he was very informative regarding Highland Spring… [it] left me feeling really confident I knew enough about the company in order to formulate clearly just why I wanted to join their high performing team.
