Our client, an engineering company based in Edinburgh, are currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator on a 12-month fixed term contract.


Responsibilities will include:



  • Calling warm leads to for new and existing customers to generate new business

  • Dealing with live chat enquiries

  • Processing all sales orders and ensuring CRM system is up to date

  • Processing orders

  • Raising and issuing quotations

  • Liaising with members of staff to ensure all paperwork is completed and passed to the sales team


To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following skills and background:



  • Experience in similar role such as - Sales Coordinator/Internal sales/Sales Administrator

  • Excellent telephone manner is essential

  • Processing sales orders
