My client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join their team based in the West Lothian area.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Process sales orders

  • Check and input data

  • Point of contact for office support

  • Raise purchase orders

  • Process invoices

  • Check delivery notes

  • Manage department email inbox

  • Deal with incoming inquiries

  • Create reports

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:

  • Previous experience of working in administration

  • Confident communication skills, able to deal with internal departments and customers

  • Good IT skills which should include MS Word, Excel and ERP systems

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills

  • Full driving licence and own transport due to the remote location of the site
