Temporary 12 Month Contract


My client is a successful organisation based in the Stirling area. They have an immediate requirement for an experienced Sales Administrator to support them on a temporary basis estimated to last 12 months.


Responsibilities will include:



  • Providing exceptional customer service to key clients

  • Processing sales orders

  • Liaising with internal departments i.e. production, sales, finance

  • Updating customers on orders and resolving any issues

  • Following up on quotes

  • Dealing with department calls and emails


To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:



  • Previous experience of working in a similar Sales Administrator position, ideally within a Manufacturing, Production &/or Supply Chain organisation

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

  • Able to provide exceptional customer service levels

  • Confident IT skills including MS Word and Excel

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
