My client is a successful SME distribution company based in West Lothian, due to internal movement they have an excellent opportunity for a Sales & Account Manager to join them on a permanent basis.


You will be based in the sales team, specifically responsible for building strong relationship with their International distributors in order to increase sales opportunities, whilst identifying new business sales opportunities. This role will be predominantly based in the office, however there will be a requirement for International travel when travel restrictions are lifted.


Responsibilities will include:



  • Build strong relationships with distributors

  • Drive monthly distributor review meetings including SLA review using online platforms

  • International travel for account management reviews and set up new distributors

  • Provide virtual product launches

  • Follow up on sales quotes and enquires

  • Provide sales and account forecasting and reporting

  • Identify new regions/countries for sales opportunities

  • Contract and term negotiation



To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:



  • Previous B2B sales &/or account management experience

  • Proven track record of sales achievements

  • Able to build strong customer relationships

  • Comfortable with International travel as required

  • Good IT skills, able to use MS Office and online platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, Skype etc

  • You will be determined, driven and focused on achieving sales targets and passionate about building strong relationships to increase brand awareness and profitability
