Our client is a global fashion brand with a warehouse based in Rutherglen. They are looking for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join the team.


This role invoices working from home.


This is unique opportunity to join a growing fashion brand.


In this role you will be working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 9am to 5pm. There may be the occasional requirement to work some evening or weekend work during peak periods.


This role will be based in our client's office within the warehouse for 1 weeks training where you will be working closely with an experienced team member. After your training is complete you will be working from home. A laptop is provided for this.


The role



  • Ensure that all daily operational activities are executed in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.

  • Adding data to clients internal CRM system

  • Analysing existing work

  • Managing reports

  • Picking and dispatch documentation creation

  • Co-ordinate with 3rd party transport providers for on-time collection and delivery of customer orders

  • Updating trackers and reports daily

  • Contacting customers in regards to invoices


Skills Required



  • Previous experience in warehousing and preferably an administration environment

  • Ability to prioritise and respond to customer demands efficiently

  • Knowledge of Microsoft systems such as Word and Excel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent Computer skills

  • Customer focused and problem solving orientated
