My client is a successful SME organisation that continue to experience further growth and development. They have an excellent opportunity for a Accounts Payable/Finance Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.


Responsibilities will include:



  • Processing of supplier invoices

  • Create, check and approve purchase orders

  • Daily banking and payment

  • Statement Reconciliation

  • Process expenses and petty cash

  • Support month end

  • Monitor, update and track financial data on spreadsheets

  • Provide support within the team


To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:



  • Educated in a related finance subject &/or relevant experience in a similar Accounts Payable/Finance Assistant role

  • Excellent accuracy and keen eye for detail

  • Confident IT skills, this should include MS Excel

  • Able to work in a small team and support with varied tasks
