Temporary Ongoing Contract

My Client is a successful manufacturing organisation based within the Dunfermline area. They have an immediate requirement for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to support them on a temporary ongoing basis.

Duties will include:

  • Verify and input invoices and Supplier credit and debit notes

  • Ensure procedures of invoice approvals are followed

  • Monitor invoice payment deadlines

  • Manage accruals for goods and services received and to be received

To be considered for this position, Candidates must have the following background and skills:

  • Previous experience of working in a similar purchase ledger/accounts payable position

  • Confident IT skills including financial and ERP ideally

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
