Escape Recruitment are working with the Centre of Expertise for the HE Sector and they are looking to recruit a Procurement Manager, who will be based at their clients site.


The Procurement Manager will work closely with all Stakeholders and support them with all their procurement requirements. They be responsible for all spend areas and will work on a variety of procurement projects from day to day spend to larger projects. They will also be responsible for reporting and managing systems.


Experience and knowledge:



  • Proven experience of working in a similar Procurement role within a Public Sector organisation

  • End to end tendering experience with appropriate knowledge of public procurement regulations

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Self-Starter who can plan their own workload

  • Strong work ethic and the desire to develop further
