Our client is recruiting for a Production/Machine Operator for their site based in Livingston.


This is a rare opportunity to work with one of the best employers in West Lothian with real progression opportunities.


This is a Nightshift Monday to Friday role - 10pm to 6am.


£12.40 per hour. Weekly pay


You will be employed via Escape for the first 12 weeks then you will transfer over to our client's payroll where you will be employed on a permanent basis.


Our client has invested that 20 million pounds on new machinery and with this in mind their facility is extremely modern and clean.


Responsibilities:



  • Operating site machinery

  • Loading the machine with material

  • Setting and operating - this will be taught, along with how to operate the machine's programmes.

  • Checking for defaults, visual quality inspection

  • Assisting with tool changes

  • Maintenance of the working area, keeping the work space clean and tidy

  • General warehouse duties
