Volvo CE - CNC Machinists

This is not your standard production build, this is where for world-class articulated haulers made for the toughest jobs and roughest sites and built. 

Standing at a height of 13ft and carrying payloads up to 38 tonnes, these machines are made in Scotland and operate, in the toughest environments in the harshest conditions around the world. From the heat of the desert to the cold of the artic, these trucks are built to be reliable and rock-solid. 

CNC Machinists 

What you need to know

  • 13 week Temp to Perm role
  • 4 day week - Monday to Thursday working shifts Days/Backs/Nights
  • £15.15 per hour + SA on back & night shift
  • Overtime available at time and a half Friday & Saturday

Duties

  • Working from both Imperial and Metric drawing
  • Operating Vertical & Horizontal Machining centres
  • Must have Milling experience

Experience / Qualifications required

  • Skilled in CNC Operations Vertical & Horizontal machining
  • Previous experience in working within Heavy engineering
  • Manual and CNC Milling Machining, grinding heaving engineering transmission parts such as gears and shafts
