You will be joining at an exciting period of development, change and strategic significance for the organisation, with the process and system improvements well underway in preparation for significant growth plans.

Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, this is a unique role offering unparalleled exposure to every part of the business and a broad variety of responsibilities relating to some of the company's most valuable and exciting brands.

  • Support the planning process for allocated brands by monitoring and coordinating demand and supply plans and liaising with key contacts to resolve gaps.

  • Review change requests from the allocations and commercial teams and advise regarding feasibility based on cased and dry goods inventory and planned production.

  • Design and implement additional KPI's and reporting to help drive continuous improvement for the demand planning team.

  • Act as the supply chain point of contact agency for our agency brand partners and internal stakeholders, reporting on shipping forecasts and inbound orders.

  • Work closely with the marketing and NPI teams to coordinate imports for new product releases.

  • Involvement in exciting supply chain and commercial projects across the business including the implementation of a new forecasting and planning system.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an ability and desire to build productive relationships with key internal stakeholders.

  • Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail, the experience of conducting statistical analysis is preferable

  • Previous experience working in an analytical role within manufacturing, this could be from a Supply Chain, Finance, or Engineering background. OR Degree Qualified in a Business / Supply Chain / Finance / Engineering or related discipline.

  • Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

  • Experience using business management systems, including ERP.
