Part Time and Full Time Hours Available Over 7 Days


My Client is a successful Whisky Distillery based in the West Dunbartonshire area. They have an immediate requirement for additional cover to support with their customer service team.


Duties will include:



  • Delivering a high level of customer service that aims to exceed customer expectations

  • Deal with customers on a face to face basis

  • Provide guidance and advice to customers on products and services

  • Help create a memorable experience for all customers


Candidates must have the following background and skills:



  • Previous customer service, sales or retail experience

  • Candidates must be self-motivated, confident and enjoy meeting new people

  • Good personal presentation

  • Candidates must be flexible and able to support within a team environment
