Temporary 3 Month Contract
Based: Edinburgh Gyle (Hybrid)
My client is an International Corporate organisation based in Edinburgh; they have an immediate requirement for a HR Administrator to support them on a temporary basis estimated to last 3 months.
Based within a large HR team, you will provide administration support specifically to the Employee Relations Specialists, this will include:
- Providing administrative support
- Producing letters and paperwork
- Provide note taking service in Employee Relations related meeting including absence management, investigations, disciplinaries and grievances
- Work collaboratively with ER Specialists to produce reports regarding case management
To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:
- Well organised with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage high volumes of work
- Experience of working in a HR environment previously would be advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to write a clear, understandable, and concise manner
- Computer literate, specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
