We're hiring a Customer Experience Specialist for our client in East Kilbride.
The role will involve providing customers with excellent service both over the phone and email. You will be liaising with a variety of customers from installers to large corporate companies therefore an excellent telephone manner is essential.
The Role
- Processing orders onto systems
- Checking stock availability
- Progressing order
- Updating customers on order status
- Liaising with suppliers
- Chasing lead times of products
- Advise customers on issues on delivery dates
- Provide administrative support to the wider internal team
Are you;
- Confident liaising with internal and external customers and suppliers
- Excited to join a growing company who promote from within
- Able to commit to a fully based office role
Do you have;
- Excellent commutations skills
- Knowledge of using MS packages
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
