Temporary 3 Month Contract (possible extension)
Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are supporting our client, a successful manufacturing company based in Livingston, to recruit an Administrator on a temporary basis estimated to last 3 months with the possibility of an extension.
This role is based on site Monday to Friday and working hours are 7.45am to 4.15pm with an early finish on a Friday.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide reception duties and deal with incoming calls via the switchboard, transferring calls and passing on messages
- Process customer orders through internal database
- Create purchase orders and log invoices into system
- Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Maintaining PPE Stocks and issuing PPE
- Input contractor timesheet data into spreadsheets
- Produce reports for various departments
- Point of contact within the site for administration support
Background & Experience Required:
- Previous administration experience
- Confident IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and database &/or financial software
- Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner
- Good data entry and accuracy skills
- Able to work in a varied admin support environment, using your initiative to complete tasks
