Temporary Contract to April 2024
Hours Monday to Friday 5 hours Per Day
Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are recruiting for a successful manufacturing company based in Alloa, they have an immediate requirement for an experienced Administrator to support them on a temporary basis until April 2024.
You will be required to provide administration support to the Management team onsite including Operations, Finance, Technical teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Point of contact for administration support, able to prioritise as required depending on urgency
- Calculate, process and record weekly workshop and agency timesheets hours to job costing system
- Producing relevant reports as required
- Calculation and preparation of employee expenses
- Process and maintain job costing system - data reporting to finance department.
- Provide efficient admin service on purchasing/receiving and payment of materials/goods
- Preparation of presentations and other documents
- Maintain an effective filing system, both electronic and hard copy, for departmental and financial data
Experience required:
- Solid administration experience, previous experience of dealing with financial administration would be advantageous
- Exceptional service levels, able to deal with internal customers and provide an efficient service
- Confident IT skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and ideally PowerPoint
- Previous experience of using ERP systems, financial software &/or databases specifically SAP would be an advantage
