Our client who has a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, are seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team in the city centre of Glasgow.
- Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with the sales team to verify order details and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Accurately enter and update customer information and sales data in the company's database.
- Generate reports and assist in data analysis to support decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, including invoices, quotations, and contracts.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to facilitate effective communication.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to address inquiries and provide information
- Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels to support sales activities.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure product availability.
