Job Title: EPI Maintenance Technician
Salary: £50,719 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance)
Working Hours: Continental 4 on 4 off rotational days and nights
Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure minimal downtime

Complete preventative maintenance tasks to maintain equipment reliability

Accurately document all repairs and maintenance activities in the appropriate logbooks and reports

Efficiently manage spare parts to prevent wastage and ensure availability

Support and supervise apprentices and trainees to ensure high-quality work standards

Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Engineering teams to address issues and identify improvements

Assist with equipment modifications and improvement projects

Ensure machine checks and calibrations are completed to specification

Follow work instructions, maintenance operating procedures (MOPs), and safety protocols

Promote and contribute to 5S and continuous improvement activities

Proactively maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all Health & Safety regulations
Skills & Experience Required:

Recognised Electrical qualification is essential

Strong technical understanding of maintenance processes

Effective problem-solving skills

High levels of motivation, resilience, and ability to remain calm under pressure

Basic computer literacy
-
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Additional Information:
This role requires flexibility to work rotational day and night shifts as part of a continental 4 on 4 off pattern. Occasional additional duties may be assigned in line with operational requirements.
