Our client, a highly successful business in the Fife area, is looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator on a temporary basis for 3 months - this could potentially be extended for up to 6 months.


Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Post vacancies in to the internal system as requested by the Recruiter or HRBP

  • Download CV's to the relevant recruitment folder

  • Arrange interviews as requested and make corresponding room bookings

  • Help prepare interview packs as required

  • Prepare offer letters using templates provided and mail out offer packs - will be checked by HRBP's

  • Track and chase returned new start paperwork ensuring timely returns and passed to HR Assistant for payroll

  • Send out reference requests and track returns

  • Support the recruiter/ HRBP's with ad-hoc recruitment activities and data tracking

  • Support with admin relating to ad-hoc recruitment projects as requested


In order to be considered for this role, candidates should have the following background and experience:



  • Previous experience of working within a high volume/fast paced environment

  • Previous experience of working within Recruitment/HR would be highly beneficial but not essential

  • Able to prioritise a busy workload

  • Diary Management

  • Exceptional customer service skills to internal customers

  • Great attention to detail

  • Systems minded & IT literate
