£20,000 per annum


My client, a successful manufacturing company, based in Dalgety Bay, is looking to hire an Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.


This is an excellent role for anyone with basic administration skills that's looking to join a dynamic and thriving company.


Duties and responsibilities:



  • Assist in weekly order book management

  • Emailing system reports to manager and directors

  • Confirming what parts are overdue, unconfirmed, and rescheduled

  • Updating the ERP system accordingly

  • Help maintain an accurate order book through emails, reports etc.

  • Assist in the maintenance of supplier contact details on the ERP system

  • Assist in departmental and customer projects, as necessary


The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:



  • Excellent communications skills

  • Time management and adaptability

  • Previous experience of using MS Office - in particular MS Excel

  • Previous experience of using an ERP system is desirable but not essential
