Temporary 6 Month Contract

My client, based in the Falkirk area has an immediate requirement for a HR Administrator to support them on a temporary basis estimated to last 6 months, possibly longer.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting payroll data into MS Excel spreadsheets
  • Downloading and quality checking time and attendance data for accuracy 
  • Liaising with internal departments to quality check data
  • Dealing with confidential personnel documents
  • Maintaining manual HR filing system 
  • Provide general administration support to the HR team

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:

  • Solid administration experience including data processing
  • Ideally, previous experience of working within a HR &/or payroll environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Confident MS Excel skills
