Join a leading international engineering company in Rosyth as their Import/Export Logistics Coordinator to support the Supply Chain team achieve cost effectiveness and timely management of carriage.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Managing all shipments within company and local haulage requirements
  • Accurate import/export documentation of customs entries such as Bills of Lading, Commercial invoices and AWBs
  • HMRC authorisation and recording for all air/sea shipments
  • Verifying freight invoices
  • Liaising with the Compliance Manager for export compliance licence applications

A successful candidate will have:

  • Experience of logistics and HMRC import/export documentation
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Effective communication skills and team player
  • Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport qualification, or equivalent desirable

This is a hybrid working role and excellent opportunity to join a busy team
