We’re searching for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk for our client based in Renfrewshire.

This is a Fixed Term Contract role for 1 year covering Maternity leave. Interviews will be help immediately – please don’t delay with your application 

The Company

The Role

  • Processing invoices
  • Full end to end accounts payable
  • Assisting with the monthly payment run
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Weekly payment runs
  • Query resolution and escalations


The hours of work will be Monday-Thursday 9am-5.30pm finishing each Friday at 4pm.

The Candidate

  • Prior experience working within a similar role
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be part of a great team
  • Able to work full time in office
