Our prestigious client who are based in Renfrewshire, are hiring a credit controller due to internal progression. This is a full time permanent role and the hours of work are Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5pm, Friday 8.30am-4pm.

The Role
- Take full responsibility for the credit control function
- Issue and send invoices to customers
- Investigate and resolve queries
- Manage and take responsibility for your own ledger
- Dealing with high volume customers
- Collection of outstanding debts by telephone and email
- Processing and generating reminder emails
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Monthly aged debt reporting including input to bad debt provision calculation
- Assist in processing supplier invoices
The Candidate
- Will be required to have previous experience working within a similar role
- Have knowledge of working in a high volume, fast pace credit control environment
- Ability to manage a ledger from start to finish
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Accurate when working with figures
- Organised, methodical approach to work
