Escape Recruitment is actively seeking Glasgow or surrounding area based Service Engineers to join our client's team. This role comes with the autonomy to work from home and be paid "door to door". They specialise in providing top-notch service, repair, and installation of electromechanical equipment across various industries.
The Role
- Perform service, repair, and installation of various electromechanical equipment at client sites.
- Conduct calibration of equipment
- Collaborate with clients and their engineers/technicians to seamlessly integrate equipment into their premises.
- This is a field-based role, allowing you to work from home and visit customer sites to deliver exceptional service.
- Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, repairs, installation, and calibration/verification of equipment
The Candidate
- Previous field service experience
- Proficiency in field mechanical work with basic electrical/electronic experience (testing using multi-meters, fault-finding/tracing faults triggered by sensors.
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office/Outlook, and the ability to utilise laptops for fault diagnosis.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-management abilities for tools and van stock control.
- Valid UK driving license.
