Temporary 6 Week Contract
Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are recruitment for our client, a successful FMCG company based in East Kilbride, we have an immediate requirement for a Customer Service Advisor to support on a temporary basis estimated to last 6 weeks, possible longer.
Based in a small Customer Service team of 5, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers over the telephone and by email.
Responsibilities Include
- Communicating with customers and suppliers, both verbally and in writing including over the phone with both inbound and outbound calls, to resolve issues and build relationships
- Allocate and resolve supplier queries within SLA's
- Record information on the inhouse CRM system and escalate if necessary
- Participating in initiatives that help improve the customer service, processes, and procedures
Experience Required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ideally previous experience of working in a similar customer service role such as contact centre, retail etc
- Able to problem solve
- Confident IT skills including MS Office and ideally CRM databases
- Available to commence employment immediately and support for the full contract duration
