Are you organised, proactive, and thrive on working in a busy, team environment? Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their Purchasing team. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
You will be based on site 5 days during training and then transition to 3 days on site and 2 days working remotely.
What you'll be doing:
- 
Processing high volumes of purchase orders accurately and efficiently. 
- 
Working closely with the accounts team to resolve invoicing queries. 
- 
Maintaining and updating databases, ensuring documents, contracts, reports, and customer information are accurate. 
- 
Recording receipt and delivery of goods in the system. 
- 
Providing general administrative support to the Procurement team, including managing incoming calls and emails, typing, and filing. 
What we're looking for:

Previous experience in administration or data processing. 
- 
Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills. 
- 
Confident written and verbal communication skills. 
- 
A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
