Escape Recruitment Services are recruiting for an established global manufacturing business in Stirling. We have an excellent opportunity for a fluent German-speaking Sales Administrator to join the business on a full time, permanent basis.
This role will be based in the office in Stirling 3 days per week and remote 2 days from home.
Based within a small, busy, and supportive sales support team, you will provide administration support to the external sales team, whilst delivering high levels of service to customers, with a particular focus on the German market.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist customers with general queries
 - Prepare customer sales quotations
 - Liaise with internal teams to gather information required for customer quotes and orders
 - Process sales orders through the ERP system
 - Track sales order progression through the supply chain
 - Resolve any sales order issues
 - Raise despatch paperwork
 - Liaise with hauliers and customers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve logistics queries
 - Provide administration support to the external sales team
 - Raise credit notes and purchase orders
 - Maintain accurate pricing records, quotes and customer files
 - Generate reports on sales activity, customer accounts, and product movement
 
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent German and English language skills, ideally to business level
 - Excellent communication skills, able to communicate to internal and external customers
 - This role is open to experienced administrators as well as recent graduates looking to build a career in international sales support
 - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 - Able to prioritise and problem solve
 - Confident IT skills including MS Office and ideally CRM/ERP systems
 - Flexible, "can do", collaborative attitude with a team-oriented approach
