We are recruiting an experienced Line Leader to join a well established manufacturing business based in Eurocentral. This is a one year fixed term contract with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right person.
Hours
Monday to Thursday, 7am to 5.30pm
The role
As Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a production line, ensuring output meets quality, safety and efficiency expectations. You will support your team, maintain high standards and keep the line running smoothly throughout the shift.
Key responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and support a small team
* Ensure targets are met consistently
* Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy
* Monitor processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
* Report any issues promptly and support continual improvement activity
What we are looking for
* Previous experience in a line leader, team leader or production support role
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
* Confident in motivating and guiding a team
* Comfortable working to targets in a fast paced environment
* Reliable, organised and safety conscious
