Key Responsibilities
- Ensure checks and processes are completed in line with company procedures and work instructions
- Carry out document and database audits
- Support accurate data recording
- Maintain accurate records
- Support with customer queries and complaints
- Assist with documentation and general administrative duties
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within an administrative environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using computer systems and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
