Production Operator

Location: Livingston

Rate of Pay: £16.12 - £17.79 per hour (depending on shift pattern)

Shift Patterns Available:

• 12-hour Day Shift

• Continental Shift Pattern (4 on, 4 off)

The Opportunity

We are recruiting Production Operators to join a leading manufacturing company in Livingston. Working within a clean and modern manufacturing environment, you will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Following standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Operating production equipment safely and effectively

• Working across a variety of manufacturing departments

• Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues

• Minimising waste and supporting efficient production processes

• Completing production documentation accurately

• Adhering to all health and safety requirements

• Supporting housekeeping and continuous improvement activities

• Handling and moving materials throughout the manufacturing process

• Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to follow processes and instructions accurately

• Proactive and forward-thinking approach to work

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties

• Able to stand for extended periods during shifts

• Reliable, dependable and committed to high standards
