Super Smooth and Quick

The whole hiring process was super smooth and quick - we filled the role in about three weeks! Maxine gave really clear notes upfront, asked great questions on the screening call to understand exactly what we needed, and kept in touch all the way through. The short follow up after the interviews sharing the candidate's perspective was also very helpful. The recruitment process is the first interaction a potential new employee has with our company and therefore by extension the impression the recruiter gives is really important, knowing how the process felt on my end I have no doubt Maxine handled the candidate side just as positively.
