Business Systems Process Analyst
Grant Westfield’s people are the lifeblood of their organisation and right now they have an opportunity for an experienced Business Systems Process Analyst to join their team in Edinburgh.

Reporting to the ERP Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the IT function with end-to-end business processes including resolving in-house issues and escalating to third party support, as required. You will also have considerable influence on the continuous improvement and development of their ERP processes.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the ERP Specialist in ensuring systems meet business requirements and fulfil user requirements.
  • Supporting and influencing continuous improvement projects, delivering within agreed timescales to the required level whilst ensuring stakeholder engagement across the business.
  • Working with various departments and teams on wider business processes to identify improvements and implement best practice using system capabilities.
  • Conducting routine periodic activities in ERP system to provide supporting information for organisation and management. 

Person Specification

Essential:

  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Attention to detail and creative thinking to anticipate and resolve issues.
  • Strong initiative and engagement in continuous improvement and learning opportunities.
  • Ability to work flexibly and easily respond to a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. 

Desirable

  • Experienced in a Supply Chain or Manufacturing environment.
  • Qualified in BAQs, BPMs, SSRS, Dashboards, Customisations and DMT.
  • Experienced using EPICOR software or a related ERP solution.
