Marketing Manager | Stirling

My client is a successful manufacturing organisation in the Stirling area, they have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing and based in a small team of 2, you will be responsible for driving operational marketing activities that will include the following responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute the annual Marketing Plan in conjunction with the Head of Marketing.
  • Act as the key advocate for the Marketing function within the wider company.
  • Day-to-day management of the Marketing budget.
  • Manage key agency relationships across Design, Demand Generation and PR.
  • Deliver product marketing campaigns across key product competencies including advertising and media, email marketing, social media, sales support and PR.
  • Build, maintain and distribute the bank of POS and literature across the company.
  • Undertake minor day-to-day design work, in addition to working with external creative agencies for larger design projects.
  • Co-ordinate social media presence for all geographies and product competencies.
  • Manage and coordinate presence at key industry and customer events.
  • Ensure key internal stakeholders and the business are aware of relevant marketing activities.

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:

  • Solid experience of working in similar hands-on, operational and varied marketing positions which would include Senior Marketing Executive, Marketing Specialist, Junior Marketing Manager &/or Marketing Manager.
  • Able to use your own initiative to complete tasks through to completion, whilst meeting deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills is essential, ideally this should include Adobe Creative Suite and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Able to prioritise and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
