My client is a leading Manufacturing/Supply Chain company based in the Glasgow area. They have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Key Client Contract Team Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

This is a senior level role based within the Customer Service and Contracts Team and reporting into the Customer Service Director, this role will focus on managing and developing the relationship of Key Accounts whilst managing an established team of circa. 5 Key Account Project Managers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide leadership, guidance and training to the Key Account Customer team including day to day operational management and performance reviews
  • Maintain and review Key Client contract terms and ensure agreed SLAs are monitored, reviewed and achieved
  • Conduct Client Service Review meetings and ensure all actions are followed up
  • Manage Client led projects, initiatives and events including planning, execution and post review
  • Take ownership of client escalations and provide resolutions
  • Build strong relationships with Clients and continually explore business development opportunities
  • Monitor financial budgets against spend
  • Produce reports and provide data analysis on dashboards, budget, activity and performance
  • Provide analysis and reporting to both Clients and internal Stakeholders
  • Continually review internal processes and Key Client Accounts and implement process improvements
  • Provide hands-on cover within the Key Customer Projects team and to the wider Customer Service Management as required

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:

  • Previous experience of working in a Key Customer, Account Management, Contracts Management position at senior level
  • An understanding of contract management, review and negotiating including SLAs, KPIs, financial budgets etc
  • Ideally previous experience of working in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain or FMCG
  • Previous experience of managing an established team is essential
  • Strong data management, analysis and reporting experience
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present both internally and externally
