Escape Recruitment are looking to recruit Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to join a fast-paced manufacturing company who are based in Ayrshire.
The role:
- You will work closely with the wider maintenance team to maintain the plant and ensure downtime is minimised.
- Repair and overhaul all plant equipment, replacing anything damaged.
- Diagnose and resolve faults with equipment.
- Participate and close out assigned tasks in relation to seasonal overhauls.
About you:
- Qualified Electrical or Mechanical maintenance engineer or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience within a manufacturing facility.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
This is a shift-based role, you must be available to work a continental shift pattern of 4 on/4 off, 12 hour shifts.
