About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Luxury Client Experience Specialist to join our clients UK team in Cambuslang. As a Luxury Client Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer support to our clientele. This role requires a passion for luxury products, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

  • Provide personalised and attentive customer service to clients through various channels including phone and email.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information with a focus on building strong customer relationships.
  • Proactively anticipate customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance the overall client experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless customer interactions and resolution of inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system
  • Assist with order processing, shipment tracking, and after-sales support to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by upholding the company's values and promoting our luxury products and services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.

About you

  • Previous experience in a customer service role within the luxury or premium goods industry is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and polished manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to customer inquiries.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
