What You'll Do
- Lead and develop site and workshop teams, ensuring skills development and succession planning.
- Oversee infrastructure improvements, ensuring equipment and facilities meet evolving business needs.
- Implement lean and efficient ways of working, identifying opportunities for process and cost improvements.
- Develop and track key performance metrics.
- Work closely with senior management to influence investment decisions and long-term strategy.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a management role within engineering/manufacturing.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in HR, recruitment, training, and team development.
- Understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of H&S, regulations and standards (LOLER, PUWER, ISO standards, etc).
- HNC (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
- Excellent communication, commercial awareness, and problem-solving abilities.
- ERP system implementation experience
